According to the chart above, the best time to post on Facebook is on Wednesday, 11 am and 1-2 pm. (CST). Thursday and Friday are not bad too, especially late morning and midday time. The worst day, however, is Sunday. Saturday is also like it, although not as worse. So you may want to think twice about making important posts on Facebook during the weekend.
Best time to post on Instagram
The worst day on Instagram too is on Sunday while Wednesday and Friday have the best time to post during the week.
Wednesday and Friday are the best days to post on Twitter but unlike Facebook and Instagram, Sunday is not the worst day on Twitter but you may want to avoid twitter early in the morning and late at night.
